RESOLUTION NO. 2003-376
APPROVING ON—SALE INTOXICATING AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSES FOR
EL AZTECA OF PLYMOUTH, INC.
D/B/A EL AZTECA,
3500 VICKSBURG LANE, SUITE 500
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for on -sale and Sunday liquor licenses from El Azteca of
Plymouth, Inc., and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and has found no reason to
recommend denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the application;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that on -sale
intoxicating and Sunday liquor licenses are hereby approved for El Azteca of Plymouth, Inc. d/b/a El
Azteca, 3500 Vicksburg Lane, Suite 500, effective August 27, 2003, through January 31, 2004.
Approved by the City Council on August 26, 2003.
