RESOLUTION 2003-375
AFFIRMING NONCONSERVATION STATUS OF PARCEL 08-118-22-41-0069
WHEREAS, a parcel of nonconservation property has become tax forfeit as a result of
nonpayment of property taxes and/or special assessments; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the City Council Tax Forfeit Land policy, the parcel has been
reviewed by staff and determined to have no public value for the City.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it hereby:
1. Approves the nonconservation classification of parcel 08-118-22-41-0069. A review of public
waterfront, wetland, peat, and timber issues has been done and no public nuisance conditions
were noted on the parcel. The City Council certifies that it does not know of any wells located on
the property; and
2. Indicates that the City of Plymouth has no interest in assuming ownership or maintenance of
this parcel.
Adopted by the City Council on August 26, 2003.
