APPROVING A PUD AMENDMENT FOR A FRAMING FACILITY AND WAREHOUSE WITH A
SHOWROOM FOR RETAIL SALES AT 2155 NIAGARA LANE, IN THE PARKERS LAKE PUD.

WHEREAS, Picture This ... Framed, Inc. has requested approval of a PUD amendment for a framing
facility and warehouse with a showroom for retail sales for property legally described as follows:
Lot 1, Block 1, Northwest Pointe Business Center, Hennepin County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public hearing and
recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Picture
This ... Framed, Inc., subject to the following findings and conditions:
1. A PUD amendment is granted for a framing facility and warehouse with a showroom for retail sales
located at 2155 Niagara Lane, in accordance with the application and plans received by the City on
June 25, 2003 and additional information received on July 10, 2003.
2. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance
provisions.
3. The appropriate building permits must be obtained prior to construction. A sign permit is also
required.
