FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING
EXEMPTION FOR KIMBERLY LANE ELEMENTARY PTA
WHEREAS, notice of Lawful Gambling Exemption has been submitted to the City by Kimberly
Lane Elementary PTA for bingo to be conducted on October 3, 2003.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
finds no objection to the Lawful Gambling Exemption for Kimberly Lane Elementary PTA for an
event to be conducted at Kimberly Lane Elementary, 17405 Rockford Road, on October 3, 2003.
The City further waives the 30—day approval waiting period.
Adopted by the City Council on August 26, 2003.
