RESOLUTION NO. 2003-358
ACCEPT STREET RECONSTRUCTION ASSESSMENT POLICY
REVISED 2004
WHEREAS, the City Council has received a copy of the Street Reconstruction
Assessment Policy Revised in 2004; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to assess a minimum of 20% of the total project cost in order
to sell Special Assessment Bonds for the 2004 street reconstruction project; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to maintain a minimum of 20% of each year's projects
assessed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A copy of the Street Reconstruction Assessment Policy Revised 2004, filed with
the Council on August 12, 2003, is hereby declared to be imposed as a City Policy
effective January 1, 2004.
