RESOLUTION NO. 2003-347
AUTHORIZATION TO PROCEED WITH
SANITARY SEWER LIFT STATION
TELEMETRY SYSTEM UPGRADES
CITY PROJECT NO. 3119
WHEREAS, the current system was installed in 1988 and is in need of modernization and
upgrading; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to proceed with lift station telemetry system upgrades; and
WHEREAS, a study was done by the City's consulting engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Assoc., Inc., recommending upgrades to the telemetry system; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications need to be prepared in order to accomplish the upgrades to
the system;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That authorization is given to proceed with the Lift Station
Telemetry System Upgrades Project and System Control Services is directed to prepare Plans
and Specifications, City Project No. 3119.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that this project, estimated to cost $300,000, will be funded by
the Sewer Fund (502)
