RESOLUTION NO. 2003-345
SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2003-22
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS IV,
IX, X, XI, AND XX OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
RELATIVE TO BUILDING CONSTRUCTION REGULATIONS,
FIRE PREVENTION CODE, PERMIT PROCEDURES AND FEES, OPEN
BURNING, GASOLINE SERVICE STATIONS, ALARM SYSTEMS,
AND MISDEMEANORS (SPECIAL PROVISIONS)
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2003-22 at the July 22, 2003
Council meeting; and
WHEREAS, due to the length of the Ordinance, the City Council has the option of
summarizing this Ordinance for legal publication requirements;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the following Sections of the Plymouth City Code were
amended with the adoption of Ordinance No. 2003-22, and the Council hereby approves the
Summary Publication of this Ordinance:

Fire Prevention Code
Section 940 —
Open Burning
Section 1015
— Permit Procedures and Fees
Section 1115
— Gasoline Service Stations
Section 1155
— Alarm Systems
Section 2005
— Misdemeanors; Special Provisions
A printed copy of the Ordinance No. 2003-22 is available for inspection by any person at
City Hall during the City Clerk's regular office hours.
Adopted by the City Council on August 12, 2003.
