RESOLUTION NO. 2003-344
APPROVING SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF PLYOUTH AND INGRAM EXCAVATING, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth ad Ingram Excavating, Inc. have a contract for the
development of Greenwood Youth Sports Complex; and
WHEREAS, the contractor has failed to perform in accordance with said contract.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
a final settlement agreement dated July 22, 2003 between the City of Plymouth and
Ingram Excavating Inc. calling for a final payment in the amount of $39,250 is hereby
approved.
Adopted by the City Council on August 12, 2003.
