RESOLUTION 2003-343
APPROVING ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR CONSTUCTION OF AN
IDENTIFICATION SIGN WITHIN OLD ROCKFOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY
WHEREAS, The Quail Ridge Home Owners Association has requested approval to execute an
encroachment agreement to construct a identification sign within Old Rockford Road right-of-
way; and
WHEREAS, The Quail Ridge Home Owners Association has been granted a Conditional Use
Permit (2003055) in process for constructing an Identification sign within Old Rockford Road
right-of-way;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to sign, on
behalf of the City of Plymouth an encroachment agreement that will allow the construction of an
identification sign within the Old Rockford Road right-of-way.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 12th day of August 2003.
