RESOLUTION NO. 2003-342
APPROVING THE EXPANSION OF THE
LIFETIME FITNESS BUILDING
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and LifeTime Fitness have a 40 -year land use
agreement for the joint operation of LifeTime Fitness/City Center project; and
WHEREAS, the contract calls for City Council approval of any modification or
expansion of the LifeTime Fitness facility; and
WHEREAS, LifeTime Fitness has requested a 4,000 square foot expansion to be used for
office space at the LifeTime Fitness facility; and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed and recommended approval of said request,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the Plymouth City Council does hereby approve the request to expand the facility at
LifeTime Fitness, and further, the City waives the clause requiring a performance bond
for the project, and that LifeTime Fitness shall submit site plans for approval and take out
all necessary building permits.
