RESOLUTION 2003-340
APPROVING A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR ELM CREEK GOLF FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 19010 STATE HIGHWAY 55 (2003071)
WHEREAS, Elm Creek Golf has requested approval of a site plan amendment to allow
enclosure of the existing covered patio that is attached to the clubhouse at Elm Creek
Golf, for property located at 19010 State Highway 55; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public
meeting and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
request by Elm Creek Golf for a site plan amendment for property located at 19010 State
Highway 55, subject to the following conditions:
1. A site plan amendment is approved to allow a roughly 680 square foot enclosure for
the existing covered patio, in accordance with the plans received by the City on June
20, 2003 and July 7, 2003, except as may be amended by this resolution.
2. Prior to installation of the enclosure, the applicant shall obtain the necessary building
permits and comply with all applicable building and fire codes.
3. Prior to issuance of the building permit, the plans shall be signed by the architect.
4. A City -approved monitored automatic fire detection system (alarm) shall be provided
for the enclosure area, as approved by the Fire Inspector.
