RESOLUTION NO. 2003-334
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
2004 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
DISTRICTS 76 AND 78
CITY PROJECT NO. 4102
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the City Council adopted June 24 and July 8,
2003, a report has been prepared with respect to certain streets in Maintenance Districts
76 and 78 based upon received petitions from the residents; and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvement includes the reconstruction of streets by the
installation of bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutter, and all necessary
appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report is being received by the Council on August 12, 2003;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area in accordance
with the report and the assessment of abutting and adjacent property
within the designated 2004 Street Reconstruction Project, Districts 76
and 78, City Project No. 4102 for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $1,250,000.
