RESOLUTION NO. 2003-333
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT
2004 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
DISTRICTS 5 AND 27
CITY PROJECT NO. 4101
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the City Council adopted July 22, 2003, a report
has been prepared with respect to certain streets in Maintenance Districts 5 and 27 based
upon the 2002 Pavement Management Annual Update; and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvement includes the reconstruction of streets by the
installation of bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutter, and all necessary
appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report is being received by the Council on August 12, 2003;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such area in accordance
with the report and the assessment of abutting and adjacent property
within the designated 2004 Street Reconstruction Project, Districts 5
and 27, City Project No. 4101 for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $1,675,000.
Adopted by the City Council on August 12, 2003.
