RESOLUTION NO. 2003-331
AUTHORZING EXECUTION AGREEMENT
Be it resolved that the Plymouth Police Department enter into a grant agreement
with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of Traffic Safety for the project
entitled SAFE & SOBER COMMUNITIES during the period of October 1, 2003 through
September 30, 2004,
The Chief of the Plymouth Police Department is hereby authorized to execute
such agreements and amendments as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of
the Plymouth Police Department.
Adopted by the City Council on August 12, 2003.

The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the City of
