RESOLUTION NO. 2003 - 329
CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
2004 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 4101
WHEREAS, based upon the 2002 Pavement Management Annual Update certain streets
in Maintenance Districts 5 and 27; and
WHEREAS, based upon petitions received for street reconstruction certain streets in
Maintenance Districts 76 and 78 based upon received petitions for street reconstruction;
and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvement includes the reconstruction of streets by the
installation of bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutter, and all necessary
appurtenances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the
26t day of August 2003 in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth
City Center at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:00 p.m., and the Clerk
shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvements as required by law.
