RESOLUTION NO. 2003-327
APPROVING THE COMPLETION OF THE
BASEMENT OF THE PLYMOUTH CREEK CENTER
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has submitted a concept plan and
budget for the finishing of the Plymouth Creek Center basement; and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has recommended
proceeding with the project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the concept plans and budget for this project,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that
the Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized to proceed with the next level of
planning for the finishing of the Plymouth Creek Center basement, and, further, that the
City Attorney's office is authorized to draft an AIA document for architectural services
with Delano Erickson Architects, and, further, that the Mayor and City Manager are
authorized to sign said contracts on behalf of the City, and, further, that the architect will
prepare the schematic design plans for the project and return to the City Council with a
final cost estimate for the project.
Adopted by the City Council on July 22, 2003.
