RESOLUTION No. 2015-152
A RESOLUTION APPROVING OFF -SALE
LIQUOR APPLICATION FROM JD CHRISTENSEN LIQUORS, INC. D/B/A
PLYMOUTH LIQUOR BARREL, 1 1000 STATE HIGHWAY 55
WHEREAS, JD Christensen Liquors, Inc., d/b/a Plymouth Liquor Barrel has submitted an Off -Sale
Liquor Application for 11000 State Highway 55; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted the background investigation and has
found no reason to deny the licenses; and
WHEREAS, issuance of the licenses are contingent upon receipt of Certificate of Liquor
Liability Insurance.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Off -Sale Liquor application from JD Christensen Liquors, Inc., d/b/a Plymouth
Liquor Barrel is hereby approved for a license period expiring January 31, 2016.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 26th day of May, 2015.
