RESOLUTION No. 2015-151
RESOLUTION ADOPTING DATA PRACTICES POLICIES
WHEREAS, per Minnesota Data Practices Act, Section 13.025, governmental entities are required
to provide written data access policies for the public's ability to access data; and
WHEREAS, copies of these policies are distributed free to the public and by posting the
policies at City Hall.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Data Practices Policies for Members of the Public and Data Subjects are hereby
approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 26th day of May, 2015.
