RESOLUTION No. 2015-146
RESOLUTION APPROVING FILLING OF WETLANDS
AND THE WETLAND REPLACEMENT APPLICATION FOR THE
SUMMERS EDGE ADDITION (2015030)
NW 1/4, SECTION 18, T1 18N, R22W
WHEREAS, Summergate Development, LLC is proposing to fill wetlands with the Summers Edge
residential development; and
WHEREAS, a replacement plan application was prepared replacing the wetland at a
minimum 2:1 ratio as required by the Wetland Conservation Act; and
WHEREAS, wetland mitigation for the Summers Edge Addition shall be in the form of
4,632 square feet (0.10 acre) of wetland bank credits; and
WHEREAS, the replacement plan meets the requirements of the Wetland Conservation Act.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the filling of wetlands and the Wetland Replacement Plan Application for the
Summers Edge Addition is hereby approved and subject to the following conditions:
1. Prior to disturbing any wetland area, the developer shall submit a fully executed
Application for Withdrawal of Wetland Credits from the Minnesota Wetland Bank.
