RESOLUTION No. 2015-145
RESOLUTION APPROVING FILLING OF WETLANDS
AND THE WETLAND REPLACEMENT APPLICATION FOR THE
FERNDALE TERRACE ADDITION (2013074)
SW IA, SECTION 30, T1 18N, R22W
WHEREAS, Rachel Contracting, Inc. is proposing to fill wetlands with the Ferndale Terrace
residential development; and
WHEREAS, a replacement plan application was prepared replacing the wetland at a
minimum 3:1 ratio as required by the Wetland Conservation Act and City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, wetland mitigation for the Ferndale Terrace Addition shall be in the form of
6,960 square feet (0.159 acre) of wetland bank credits; and
WHEREAS, the replacement plan meets the requirements of the Wetland Conservation Act.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the filling of wetlands and the Wetland Replacement Plan Application for the Ferndale
Terrace Addition is hereby approved and subject to the following conditions:
1. Prior to further disturbing any wetland area, the developer shall submit a fully executed
Application for Withdrawal of Wetland Credits from the Minnesota Wetland Bank.
