RESOLUTION No. 2015-141
RESOLUTION APPROVING A TOBACCO LICENSE FOR
JD CHRISTENSEN LIQUORS, INC., D/B/A
PLYMOUTH LIQUOR BARREL, 1 1000 STATE HIGHWAY 55
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for a Tobacco License for JD Christensen Liquors, Inc., d/b/a
Plymouth Liquor Barrel, 11000 State Highway 55; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BYTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the
Tobacco License for JD Christensen Liquors, Inc., d/b/a Plymouth Liquor Barrel, 11000 State Highway 55 is hereby
approved for a license period expiring December 31, 2015.
APPROVED by the City Council this 26th day of May, 2015.
