Coordinator DiIIeruct said, that Commissioner Marofsky had
brought an issue to his attention concerning, the lot width
of Lot 14. The Ordinance requires, a 110 'Foot lot width.
Staff s sequently rev 1ewed the other lot Widths and found
additional deficiencies in Idt width The Kirkwood Lane
cul-de-sac is over the Subdivision Cade requirement and will
al so, require a variance. Coordinator I`I er d sated the `

a trespass situation could arise. he stated that the public
could use the 18 th Street access but he felt that tyre gall
