Commissioner Tierney observed that only four churches would be

Commissioner Stul erg suggested; -establishing a multiplier over

Commissioner Tierty stated her preference for the "major
collector" to be the least level of street to which "other use"
access must be provided.

Commissioner Wire clarified his "no" vote stating he was not sure

Commissioner Plufka also stated that his "no" vote was because he
felt 30 percent. :'s too restrictive and 'Re felt 50 {percent would

Commissioner Tierney stated that she supported impervious, coverage
limits but he is concerned that,a rresu%t of such regul.atiort may

to amend Section 10 Subdivision D table 1 that all parking and
