Xr. Batty pointed out that they have enough Parking for t LLs
phase. Gamdssioner Zylla inquired if they need the setback
for this phase. 14r. Batty stated that if they did not get
the setback for either Highway 55 or 26th Avenue North, the
wl,-10le Concept would not work,. as it vmld not provide emcragh
parking. Hower, with the Hiqwa1 55 variance,, it would
stall work.
Corr issionexY Marofsky inquired, hypothetically, as to the
square footage of Phase 11. Mr. Batty indicated there was
13,OOO square feet. Comtssl.dner orofsky stated that at
131,000 square feet, it would not , exr.eed 20 dot coverage
and they would meed a variance when and if Phase 11 uas
