RESOLUTION NO. 2003 - 322
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PEONY LANE/TROY LANE BITUMINOUS PAVING
CITY PROJECT NO. 1029
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
The addition of a new 30 -inch culvert under Peony Lane, south of Elm Creek;
change in the grade of asphalt used for the project from PG 58-34 to 58-28;
repair of bituminous pavement areas damaged as a result of the winter
suspension of the project; and the placement of topsoil as part of the final
restoration.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Peony Lane/Troy Lane Bituminous Paving project, City
Project No. 1029, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 1 for Peony Lane/Troy Lane
Bituminous Paving project, City Project No. 1029, by deducting $4,093.57 is approved:
Original Contract Amount $332,322.05
Previous Change Orders $0.00
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - $4,093.57
Deduct
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT $328,228.48
Adopted by the City Council on July 22, 2003.
