RESOLUTION NO. 2003-309
APPROVING TOBACCO LICENSE
FOR SAMI' S STOP INC. d/b/a SAMI' S STOP,
9605 36TH AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, an application for a Tobacco license has been received from Sami's Stop, Inc. d/b/a
Sami's Stop, 9605 36th Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, all required fees and certificates of insurance have been provided, the required
inspections have been conducted;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that a Tobacco license is hereby approved
for Sami's Stop, Inc. d/b/a Sami's Stop, 9605 36th Avenue North, for the period July 23, 2003,
through December 31, 2003.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on July 22, 2003.
