Resolution 2003-301
Approving Lease Agreement Between the City of Plymouth and
the Plymouth Historical Society
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth owns the property at 3605 Fernbrook Lane, which
houses the old Town Hall and Carriage House buildings; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Historical Society uses this site for its meetings, museum,
and related Historical Society activities; and
WHEREAS, the attached lease agreement would specify the responsibilities
associated with the property.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the attached agreement between the
City of Plymouth and the Plymouth Historical Society is hereby approved.
Adopted by the City Council on July 8, 2003.
