RESOLUTION NO. 2003-288
APPROVING TOBACCO LICENSE FOR
FRANKS MERLAND PELI, INC. D/B/A
SMOKIES 2000, 17405 COUNTY ROAD 6, #100
BE IT RESOLOVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that a Tobacco
License is issued for the period June 25, 2003 through December 31, 2003, to Franks
Merland Peli, Inc. d/b/a Smokies 2000, 17405 County Road 6, #100.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Articles of Incorporation must be provided to the
City Clerk prior to the issuance of the license.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on June 24, 2003.
