RESOLUTION NO. 2003-286
APPROVING OFF -SALE 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSES FOR
RBF CORPORATION OF WISCONSIN, D/B/A
RAINBOW FOODS, 4190 VINEWOOD LANE N.,
AND AT RAINBOW FOODS, 10200 6TH AVENUE N.
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for off -sale 3.2 malt liquor licenses for RBF
Corporation of Wisconsin, d/b/a Rainbow Foods, 4190 Vinewood Lane N., and at Rainbow
Foods, 10200 6th Avenue N.; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted and no reason for denial was found.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that off -
sale 3.2 malt liquor licenses are approved for RBF Corporation of Wisconsin, d/b/a Rainbow
Foods, at 4190 Vinewood Lane N., and at Rainbow Foods, at 10200 6th Avenue N. for the period
June 25, 2003 through January 31, 2004 with the following condition:
All storage of alcohol on the premises shall be maintained in a locked area, as
verified by a premises survey conducted by the Police Department.
Approved by the City Council on June 24, 2003.
