RESOLUTION NO. 2003-282
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
DEEP WELL NO. 6 MAINTENANCE PROJECT
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
addition of Bid Alternate No. Three and other additional items which include:
monitoring cable, 10 -inch DIP dresser coupling, pump impeller, weld holes in
pitless spool, install top on pitless for sounder, repair electrical connection to
pitless, credit for changing check valve to Cl. 125.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Deep Well No. 6 Maintenance Project is recommended
for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 1 to Mark J. Traut Wells,
Inc. for Deep Well No. 6 Maintenance Project by adding $12,448.32 is approved:

THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT
$63,640.00
- Add 12,448.32
Adopted by the City Council on June 24, 2003.
