RESOLUTION NO. 2003-267
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 6 AND FINAL
2002 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 2001
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Doboszenski & Sons Inc. as contractor,
have entered into an agreement for 2002 Street Reconstruction Project, City Project No.
2001, said agreement was approved by the City Council on May 14, 2002; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval of the
final request for payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $1,680,415.80 and the value of the
work to date is $1,651,485.60 and is herewith approved. This project does
not exceed the original contract amount.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for the 2002 Street
Reconstruction Project and certified to the Council by the engineer as
acceptable, being the same, is hereby released from the contract except as
to the conditions of the performance bond, any and all legal rights of the
owner, required guarantees and correction of faulty work after final
payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 6 and Final in the amount of $10,000.00 to
Doboszenski & Sons Inc. for the 2002 Street Reconstruction Project is
hereby approved and the City Finance Director is hereby authorized and
directed to pay the same forthwith.
