RESOLUTION NO. 2000-259
APPROVING ON -SALE INTOXICATING AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSES FOR
HENNEPIN COUNTY ROBIN, INC., D/B/A
RED ROBIN OF PLYMOUTH
2669 CAMPUS DRIVE
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on -sale and Sunday liquor license from
Hennepin County Robins, Inc., d/b/a Red Robin of Plymouth, 2669 Campus Drive; and
WHEREAS, the Public Safety department has conducted an investigation and found no reason to
recommend denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a public hearing and finds no basis to deny the
application;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an
On -Sale Intoxicating and Sunday Liquor License is hereby approved for Hennepin County
Robins, Inc., d/b/a Red Robin of Plymouth, 2669 Campus Drive, effective May 27, 2003, through
January 31, 2004. Issuance of the license is contingent on receipt of a Certificate of Occupancy.
Approved by the City Council on May 27, 2003.
