RESOLUTION NO. 2003-257
APPROVING ALL -WAY STOP
COUNTY ROAD 73 AND OLD COUNTY ROAD 15
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has prepared a Special Project Analysis Report which
recommends revising the existing northbound stop to an all -way stop condition at the
intersection of County Road 73 and Old County Road 15; and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County is requesting the City's concurrence with the recommended
all -way stop condition prior to installation of the stop signs by Hennepin County staff
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That installation of an all -way stop condition at
the intersection of County Road 73 and Old County Road 15 is approved and that Hennepin
County is hereby requested by the City to install the necessary signage to accomplish this in
accordance with the Short Term Timeframe recommendations of the Special Project
Analysis Report dated April 2, 2003.
Adopted by the City Council on May 27, 2003.
