RESOLUTION NO. 2003-256
RECEIVING TRAFFIC SIGNAL JUSTIFICATION REPORT &
ORDER PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD AND VICKSBURG LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 3116
WHEREAS, a traffic signal justification report has been prepared by the City's consulting
engineer, Bolton & Menk, Inc. with respect to the installation of a traffic signal at the
intersection of Schmidt Lake Road and Vicksburg Lane; and
WHEREAS, said report is being received by the Council on May 27, 2003;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered;
2. Bolton & Menk, Inc. is designated as the engineer to prepare plans and
specifications for the Traffic Signal at Schmidt Lake Road and
Vicksburg Lane;
3. Funding in the amount of $200,000 will be provided from the
Minnesota State Aid Fund.
Adopted by the City Council on May 27, 2003.
