RESOLUTION NO. 2003-254
WATER RESOURCES MANAGEMENT PLAN IMPLEMENTATION
PARKERS LAKE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
CITY PROJECT (1025)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth, has developed and approved the Parkers Lake
Management Plan in accordance with the Plymouth Water Resources Management Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Parkers Lake Management Plan has identified Parkers Lake Rock Weir
Structure as an implementation activity; and
WHEREAS, this Rock Weir structure will enhance the Parkers Lake water quality;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should and hereby does approve the
preliminary plan for Parkers Lake Rock Weir Project and authorize the completion of the
final plans and specifications.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: That funding in the amount of $92,000 shall be from
Water Resources Fund.
