Mr. Jerry Fischer, 4530 Fernbrook Lane
asked where the City.; ;ark would be. He
stated that the area iv} heavily wooded and
he would like to: see it preserved. -Mr.
Fisher asked if any of the commissioners had

some of the oak trees were over 220 years
old. He indicated that the area was
develop --k too quickly and Plymouth was
losing sight of it's natural amenities. He
alsoquestioned where Berkshire Lane will
go. He was "advised it would follow'' the
ravine. Chairman Paui,a advised that the
Commission had great respect for the natural
amenties and wanted _ to make the most of
them. Commissioner Iva rofsky mentioned the
PUD 5th attribute included this.

Mr: Gerald -McGee, 24 Dell, 'place, represented

was opposed to the sewer amendment and the
density. i He was concerned about the
drainage and stated he had not been
contacted by anyone, Commissioner Plufka
asked why he objected tc the sewer and Mr.
McGee indicated that Mr. .Begin stated that
he would not be served.,Mr,, McGee was
advised that Mr. Begin's property would be
served :from NW --8.- Engin---r `Harrison added
that this woiil.d be b? tight to "Begin's
property from the east..
Mr. Nick Stocking,, .14415 43rd Avenue North
expressed. concern regarding the ' traffic in
the area, stating Fernbrook Lane is becoming
very dangerous and: congested.
Mfr. :Ban Begin, 15335 67th Avenue North,
stated that he Is a real, estate agent and
has. 3..754 acres for sale in this area He
stated that he had not been contacted by; Mr.

He agreed, that the parking area allowed for
recreational vehicles is tight, and added
that two stalls could be eliminated to
enlarge the recreational parking spaces.
Mr,, Panchenko, stated that deliveries had
never been a problem at the other motels.
Lie expressed concern with the Engineor's
Memoranda. He said they have studied
traffic at other sites and about 80% of the
traffic is generatedbetween -8 p.m - and

Commissioner Plufka stated there would tpe
major traffic snarls, ands the recreation
vehicle arkin area. would make it veryparking
difficult to maneuver with no turn around
