summary of the staff concerns and recommendation for
deferral.
Chairman St i.gerwa,ld introduced Greg Frankt McCombs -Knutson
Associates, representing the petitioner. He explained that
the decision for the plat layout ' is based on economlos and ,
on the 'property owner's desire that the wooded knoll on the
property be preserved. Mr. Frank explained that because of
the high cost of assessments, water, service and Beet;
construction,, there would, be no benefit °to the property
owner to acidevd additional lots, He explained the reed for
both lots to have street access, which would :,in turn ,re-
serve the wooded area.
