HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2003-245CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2003-245 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF A PERPETUAL SCENIC EASEMENT RECORDED UNDER DOCUMENT NUMBER 4467555 EXHIBIT B WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, the City staff has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following perpetual scenic easement recorded under Document Number 4467555 Exhibit B: The North 48 feet of Lot 1, Block 5, Plymouth Plaza 4th Addition. The North 55 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, Plymouth Plaza Addition. The North 55 feet of Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 5, Plymouth 2nd Addition. Together with that part of vacated County Road No. 9, described as follows: The South 33.00 feet lying Westerly of the Northerly extension of the Westerly line of Block 5, Plymouth Plaza 4th Addition and the South 40.00 feet lying between the Northerly extension of the Westerly line of Lancaster Lane as platted in said Plymouth Plaza 4th Addition and said Northerly extension of said Westerly line of Block 5, of that part of said vacated County Road No. 9, lying Easterly of the following described line: Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of Lot 4, Block 5, Plymouth Plaza 2nd Addition, distant 46.35 feet Westerly of the Northeast corner of said Lot 4, (said Northerly line has assumed bearing of N 880 26' 06"D); thence North 410 33' 47" E, a distance of 58.50 feet and there terminating. The above described property all being in Section 13, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin, County, Minnesota. AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; Resolution No. 2003-245 Page 2 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of June 24, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
