RESOLUTION NO. 2003-244
APPROVING WAYZATA SCHOOL DISTRICT FIBER USE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, School District has installed a fiber optic network to the City's Ice Center; and
WHEREAS, City desires to extend the fiber optic network from the Ice Center to the City's Fire
Station No. 3.
WHEREAS, School District desires to utilize a portion of the City's Fire Station No. 3 for a
Off -Premise Data Storage System.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager to sign and approve
Wayzata School District Fiber Use Agreement.
Adopted by the City Council May 27, 2003.
