SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 2003-229
AN EASEMENT FOR STREET PURPOSES WITHIN
FAZENDIN-KROGNESS ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of an easement for street
purposes within Fazendin-Krogness Addition by Resolution No. 2003-229.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolutions shall not be filed
until:
The following easements are submitted to the City for recording at
Hennepin County:
1. A six foot wide drainage easement along the south side of Lot 6
and north side of Lot 7, Block 1.
Adopted by the City Council on May 13, 2003.
