RESOLUTION NO. 2003-229
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF AN EASEMENT FOR
STREET PURPOSES RECORDED UNDER DOCUMENT NUMBER 3744175
FAZENDIN-KROGNESS ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate an easement for street purposes within Fazendin-
Krogness Addition recorded under Document Number 3744175; and
WHEREAS, said petition was signed by a majority of the owners of the land abutting the area
proposed to be vacated; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for May 13, 2003 in
accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks prior to the
meeting of May 13, 2003; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by mail; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on May 13, 2003 to inform any and all interested
parties relevant to the vacation of an easement for street purposes within Fazendin-Krogness Addition
recorded under Document 3744175; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easement was not needed for public
purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following easement for street purposes recorded under
Document Number 3744175 be vacated:

The South 30 feet of Lot 6, Block 1, Fazendin-Krogness Addition.
The North 30 feet of Lot 7, Block 1, Fazendin-Krogness Addition.
Adopted by the City Council on May 13, 2003.

The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the City of Plymouth,
