RESOLUTION NO. 2003-224
APPROVING ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR 12'x 20' SHED
CONSTRUCTION AT 730 ITHACA LANE NORTH.
WHEREAS, Joshua J. and Nadine N. Lemm have requested approval to execute an Encroachment
Agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City finds the Encroachment Agreement to be in the best interest of the
homeowners, subject to the conditions stated therein; and
WHEREAS, the property is legally described as:
Lot 10, Block 2, Glen Grove Acres First Subdivision, including adjacent vacated street,
subject to street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to sign on
behalf of the City of Plymouth an Encroachment Agreement that will allow for the construction of a
12' x 20' shed for the property located at 730 Ithaca Lane North.
