RESOLUTION NO. 2003-222
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT AND
ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
2003 LANCASTER LANE TRAIL PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 3107
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the City Council adopted February 25, 2003, a
report has been prepared by the Design Division of the Plymouth Engineering
Department for the Lancaster Lane Trail Project; and
WHEREAS, this report was presented to the City Council at their May 13, 2003 Council
meeting;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Design Division of the Plymouth Engineering Department is
designated as the engineer to prepare plans and specifications for the
2003 Lancaster Lane Trail Project.
2. The trail project will be coordinated with the replacement of the
sanitary sewer forcemain along Lancaster Lane.
3. Funding in the amount of $100,900 comes from the Park Dedication
Fund.
