RESOLUTION NO. 2003-219
APPROVE PAYMENT TO LOGIS FOR POLICE APPLICATION
WHEREAS, the Police Department has been using the LOGIS (Local Government
Information Systems) software application for approximately seven years; and
WHEREAS, LOGIS has enhanced and improved the Police application considerably, and
it is in the best interest of the City to continue to use the LOGIS application; and
WHEREAS, the cost to the City of Plymouth for their share of the new application is
$290,497, of which the City has already paid $72,625 leaving a balance of $217,872,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Finance Director is authorized to pay the balance
of the LOGIS police application in the amount of $217,872.
