SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO.2003-205
2ND AVENUE NORTH
(GREENDALE DRIVE AND GREENDALE LANE)
GREENDALE ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of 2nd Avenue North Street
Right of Way, Within Lot 5 Block 1 and Lot 6, Block 2, Greendale Addition by
Resolution No. 2003-205.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolutions shall not be filed
until:
The following easements are submitted to the City for recording at
Hennepin County
1. Six foot wide drainage and utility easement along the new
property line in the vacated area.
2. Six foot wide drainage and utility easement along the west
property line in the vacated area.
3. Ten foot wide drainage and utility easement along the right-of-
way in the vacated area.
4. Ten foot wide drainage and utility easement centered on the
existing Center Point Energy gas main.
