RESOLUTION NO. 2003-204
AWARD CONTRACT
2003 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 3101
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of streets in the
2003 Street Reconstruction Project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according
to law, and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that Hardrives, Inc. of Rogers, MN is the lowest responsible
bidder, complying with the minimum specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the appropriate City Officials are
hereby authorized and directed to enter into the contract for the bid with Hardrives, Inc.
of Rogers, MN in the name of the City of Plymouth for the 2003 Street Reconstruction
Project according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the City Council
and on file in the office of the City Engineer in the amount of $1,266,517.83.
FURTHERMORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the funding for this project shall
be as follows:

Special Assessments $266,846
Adopted by the City Council on April 22, 2003.
