APPROVE TRAFFIC SIGNAL PLANS
CSAH 9 AND POLARIS LANE/OLD ROCKFORD ROAD
COUNTY PROJECT NO. 0208
CITY PROJECT NO. 2043
WHEREAS, plans for Hennepin County Project No. 0208 showing proposed improvement
of County State Aid Highway No. 9 at Polaris Lane/Old Rockford Road, within the limits of
the City as a State Aid Project, have been prepared and presented to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED: That said plans be in all things
approved and the City agrees to provide the enforcement for the prohibition of on -street
parking on those portions of said Project No. 0208 within its corporate limits.
Adopted by the City Council on April 22, 2003.
