RESOLUTION 2003-184
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR INSURANCE ADVISORS,
INC. FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15020 -27TH AVENUE NORTH (2003023)
WHEREAS, Insurance Advisors, Inc. has requested approval of a conditional use permit
to allow up to 56.7 percent office space in the industrially -zoned building located on
property legally described as Lot 10, Block 2, Circle Star Business Center 2nd Addition,
Hennepin County, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the
request by Insurance Advisors, Inc. for a conditional use permit to allow up to 56.7
percent office use in the industrially -zoned building located at 15020 -27th Avenue North,
subject to the following conditions:
1. The conditional use permit allows up to 16,028 square feet (56.7%) for office use at
the 28,296 square foot building located at 15020 -27th Avenue North, in accordance
with the application and plans received by the City on March 6, 2003, except as
amended by this resolution.
2. The appropriate building permits must be obtained prior to construction of the office
space within this building.
3. Standard Conditions:
a. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.

b. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
c. This approval shall expire one year after the date of approval, unless the
property owner or applicant has commenced the use, or unless the landowner or
applicant has received prior approval from the City to extend the expiration date
for up to one additional year, as regulated under Section 21015.07 of the Zoning
Ordinance.
