Home My WebLink AboutCity Council Resolution 2003-183CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2003-183 APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION OF LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 1, FERNBROOK TOWN OFFICE PARK, LOCATED AT 3145 AND 3149 FERNBROOK LANE NORTH (2003020) WHEREAS, an application has been filed by DaVern II, Inc., which requests approval of a lot consolidation for two lots located at 3145 and 3149 Fernbrook Lane, as legally described on Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, and WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for which the lot consolidation is sought is as legally described on Attachment Two, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot consolidation for DaVern II, Inc., subject to the following conditions: 1. This approval is for a lot consolidation of two lots located at 3145 and 3149 Fernbrook Lane, in accordance with the plans received by the City on April 2, 2003. 2. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall provide proof that the lot consolidation was recorded with Hennepin County. ADOPTED by the City Council this 22nd day of April, 2003.
