HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2003-154CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2003-154 APPROVING ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT FOR EGRESS WINDOW WELL CONSTRUCTION AT 3290 GARLAND LANE NORTH. WHEREAS, Gerald G. and Vickie Ruegemer have requested approval to execute an encroachment agreement; and; WHEREAS, the property is legally described as: Lot 2, Block 7 Seven Ponds Second Addition WHEREAS, the City finds the encroachment agreement to be in the best interest of the homeowners, subject to the conditions stated therein, and; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to sign, on behalf of the City of Plymouth an encroachment agreement that will incorporate an existing egress window well and allow for the construction of one additional egress window well of property located at 3290 Garland Lane North.
